After school on a rainy day we were going to the pond like normal
days.When we got there we all sprinted out the car and in to the pond.We splashed and dashed while we got soaked.Then mum said get in the car now.So we dried our self and got in the car.As we were driving I just found out that Sam wasn't in the car.So I shouted out mum mum!Sam,s not in the car so mum raced back as fast as she could.Then all we saw when we got to the pond was boots floating in the water.

Kana pukana
To night was the night when my heart was pounding so hard that I nearly broke in to pieces of ash.I was even more nervous because we were the first ones on the stage.When we got to back stage the man at back stage put on a song called kana pukana. When the song was finished my heart was pounding even harder but I was also happy because it was my second time going cultural festival. When the mc,s called us on stage I heard the crowed go wild. My heart stopped pumping for awhile because when I did the Hakka I saw everyone looking scared. When the Haka was finished we sang two songs then every one got their water and went to the seats and watched everyone else do their performance.
